Shipping Information:

We offer shipping to anywhere in Canada and the U.S. Regular mail within Canada is $5 or you can choose to pay for a tracking number (recommended) and this is cost per package. We cannot guarantee shipping times through Canada Post, and it is at your discretion if you prefer to pay for a tracking number. Once your package has entered the mail (if no tracking number was paid for), we are no longer responsible to replace it if it is lost or stolen. We also offer free local pickup in Feversham, ON and suggest this method if you are local.

Can I wash my items?

YES!! 

All of our cotton and knit fabrics can be washed in the washing machine with cold water, but it is recommended you air dry to avoid any shrinking. Any of our creations with wire inserted, it is highly recommended you hand wash in luke warm soapy water and air dry to avoid shrinking.

What is your current turn-around time?

Our current turn-around time is 7-10 business days. We always try to have your orders completed and packaged much sooner than this, but with the majority of our items being made to order please expect this time frame.
